We are open Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm,

We are based in Ghent NY, our time zone is Eastern Standard Time - the same time zone as New York City. We are 5 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Keep in mind that I maybe sleeping when you send that email :-)
